Chanonry Point, Black Isle - August 2012

Main viewing area - very popular with holidaymakers, both UK and foreign. Astonishingly close views at times of the dolphins (way too close for my kit).

Not an expert, but from looking at the internet, incoming water a couple of hours after low tide gives a better chance of dolphin action as they chase salmon, etc, spring tides are better than neap tides, June & July are good months, and afternoon possibly gives better light conditions (depends where the dolphins decide to leap).
